The VMI Club Wagon Conversion

At Vantage Mobility International, we know how important each of these definitions is, especially the power of choice. That's why we offer a full range of van conversion options. Our largest by far is the full size Liberty line. These van conversions are geared toward people who desire the height of space, safety, durability and attention to detail of a full size van.

In 1998, VMI combined its knowledge and experience in converting mini vans with the years of proven reliability of the Liberty brand. This joining of forces created the most experienced, highest quality, customer service oriented team around. Nowhere is this more evident than in the fact that the Liberty is one of the only full-size modified vans that has passed federally mandated motor vehicle crash tests for safety. When coupled with the best selling full size van in America, the Ford Econoline, the Liberty is clearly the best value around. There simply is no more accommodating vehicle on the road.

You can choose from either the economical mid-ship lowered floor, in which only the middle area of the van is lowered for wheelchair accessibility, or the full-drop lowered floor, which allows access to the front seats as well. The vans come standard with the exclusive power sliding door with manual override capacity. Automatic double-hinged doors are available as an option.

VMI offers two lift choices; either an in-cabin lift or one under the van. The lifts are powered by interior switches or an optional remote control. When operating, the in-cabin lift unfolds and flattens from the vertical storage position to the horizontal access position, allowing easy loading of the wheelchair. Then, with another push of a button, the lift glides gently to the ground. Stored inside the van near the doorway, it takes up little space, allowing for full usage of the entryway.

The under-van lift (UVL) takes up no interior space; it is fully contained underneath the doorway area, behind the running boards. When in use, this power ramp moves forward then up to the door, then down to the ground. When stored, it hides away back underneath.

VMI's premiere RV Conversion defines luxury automobile travel. Distinctive striping, a vista bay window and optional fiberglass running boards are just the start. Open the door to find plush wall-to-wall carpeting, custom aircraft-style overhead lighting and a host of luxuriant options, including an electric sofa bed and reclining captains chair. The RV conversion is like a living room on wheels.
